Eye parts :3

that part of your eye that looks like a little ledge right above your lower lash line. It's the part where the tears hit and then travel to the corner of your eye, you gently pull it down with like your finger or pinky and rub it against it. It doesn't hurt, just don't poke your eye.

As long as you're not jabbing at it, you're fine. The best thing I do is I take my eyeliner if it's new and get the tip of it wet and glide it like over my thumb to "get it going" and then apply. It just takes practice, if it makes you nervous do the lower edge first. Less is more, just remember that. XD There's SO many youtube tutorials too, I'd suggest looking :3
